Mmmmmm eggs....

I wrote this post on Wednesday before I left school - even though I have three million things I need to do...

I'm going to be linking up again with Sugar and Spice for her Wordless Wednesday linky!  I love it - so easy, so little to think about!

On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I go to bootcamp at 6am.  So I have eggs on toast for breakfast when I get back.  On Tuesday and Thursday I roll out of bed at 730 and if I'm lucky will grab some fruit on my way out the door. I really need to find something to have on those days!!

My Question - What do you have for breakfast before school?


  1. LOL! I'm sitting eating my breakfast this Wednesday morning as I blog hop:)

    My favorite breakfast is applesauce on toast. I usually have some type of whole grain, thick sliced bread (today was dark pumpernickel) which I top with flavored applesauce. YUM! Plus, grains plus fruit:)

  2. I have to be at school by 7:15am, which makes really early mornings! I need to leave the house by 6:15am to drop my son off and I'm still usually running late to work! I try to grab a banana or a muffin (something easy to eat in the car) but I never leave the house without my coffee!!

  3. I have anything grab and go...I would rather sleep a little longer than get up early and fix breakfast. i know, not such a great habit.

  4. Instant oatmeal with ground flax, cinnamon, and a dollop of peanut butter drown in hot water let it congeal for bit then pour on some almond milk.

  6. I try to keep a small supply of hardboiled eggs in the fridge. I eat one with a high fiber/low cal/low fat muffin (Costco sells great ones in the frozen food aisle-- zucchini or blueberry), adding some walnuts and cinnamon. I also fill a big water bottle with unsweetened tea and I'm good to go until lunch.

  7. I used to eat a bowl of cereal every morning but somewhere during this never ending winter I decided I didn't want to get up so early, so now I just grab a granola bar and eat it in the car on the drive to work at about 6:30 am. Unfortunately I'm hungry long before lunch which isn't until noon.

  8. I eat a Diet Green Tea. Okay...I don't eat it...I drink it and send kids down to the cafeteria to get me toast. I don't wake up until the caffeine kicks in. Sometimes I make a juice in the morning. It just depends on how many times I hit the snooze button. If I tried to make eggs in the morning, I'd probably end up hitting myself in the head repeatedly with the pan! Lol!
