I'm single. I don't have any kids. Both of those things depress me a little.
But I'm not going to dwell on them, because they aren't going to change in the next (counts on fingers) 40ish days.
I do have a list of 30 things I'm going to do before I turn 30 in the next 5 weeks. (Full disclaimer, I cheated with a few. 30 things is hard to think of!)
- Run a 5k
- Complete the Whole 30
Pay off my student loans(Achieved within the last 12 months)Join a team(Joined a netball team when I moved to this town a few months ago)- Become an aunt
- Give up sugar for a month
- Read a novel (that I haven't started before today - 24.6.15)
Go skinny dipping(Technically I did this years ago... If the opportunity arises I'll go for it again)- Sing karaoke
- Travel somewhere by myself
- Completely unplug for a full day (at least 24 hours)
- Drink a coffee that doesn't have sugar or cocoa in it (and isn't a frozen coffee)
Quit a job I hate(My job from last year!)- Plant a tree
Sell a piece of art work(Achieved when I was year 8)- Find and buy an amazing dress
- Make $1000 on TPT
- Do something dramatic with my appearance
- Get a massage
- Go to a casino
- Learn a rap song from start to finish
- Eat mushrooms
- Make and start a vege garden
- Do a random act of kindness
- Go star gazing
- Find a new church
- Make a new friend
- Reconnect with someone I haven't talked to in years
- Do something scary
- Face a fear
For #1, I don’t know if they have The Color Run over there, but you should totally do something like that or The Bubble Run! They are so energetic and colorful, it’s really motivating. And I’m totally on board with #18. I’m think of getting a purple streak in my hair. Just because I can. Can’t wait to hear how it all goes!!
